Across 14 years in international education, teacher training, and leadership, Danielle saw how much of an organisation’s knowledge is held in its people: in the experience they’ve gathered, the judgement they’ve developed, and the things they simply know from doing the work. And when those people leave, much of that knowledge can disappear with them.
North Star LXD exists to change that.
Drawing on her background in psychology, pedagogy, and philosophy, Danielle designs scenario-based learning that captures this expertise and turns it into something people can retain, share, and build upon.
Danielle also collaborates with independent developers and software engineers, bringing together the right people to turn ideas into thoughtful, effective products.
